Creating new suppliers/customers in the system
With the system, you can easily create new suppliers/customers in the organization.
How does it work?
- Each company has a unique link that can be sent to the new employee/supplier/customer, or simply placed on the organization’s website
- Clicking the link opens a supplier/customer creation form
- After the form is filled out, the supplier/customer is created in the system
Notes:
- If you don’t want the supplier to be available for use immediately, you can define an approval workflow for each supplier/customer creation, so the supplier/customer can only be used in the system once the workflow is completed
- Accounting is asked to provide the classification code and account range under which the new suppliers/customers should be opened
- Note that no accounts should be opened in the books with a key in the allocated range
- The list of newly created suppliers/customers can be sent to Accounting via an interface file (hesh.in)
- In the supplier creation form, you can define which fields are mandatory and which are optional
- In the supplier/customer creation form, you can define fields that will hold files (bookkeeping certificate, etc.)
- After the supplier is created, the form data that was filled in will be associated with the created supplier/customer
