Accessibility Policy

CloudERP Systems Ltd. (Reg. No. 515577989), which operates Procee (the "Company"), is committed to providing equal, accessible service to all of its customers and visitors, and to people with disabilities in particular.

This website has been made accessible in accordance with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. The Company continues to improve the site's accessibility on an ongoing basis.

Accessibility level

The site conforms to Israeli Standard IS 5568 ("Web Content Accessibility Guidelines") at Level AA, which is based on the W3C's WCAG guidelines. The site has also been tested against WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Accessibility is built into the site's code; it does not rely on a third-party accessibility widget.

How accessibility was tested

The following testing was carried out by the Company:

An automated test of every page against the WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA rules, in the light theme, the dark theme and the mobile layout. The test is repeated on every significant change to the site.
A manual review of the site by the Company's accessibility coordinator.
Manual testing of full keyboard navigation, focus order and dialogs.
Checks at a range of screen widths and browser zoom levels.

Accessibility features on this site

Full keyboard navigation, including a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page
Clear, visible focus indication for keyboard users
Standards-based semantic structure: heading hierarchy, page landmarks (header / nav / main / footer) and lists
Alternative text (alt) for images and labels for every form field
Dialogs (sign-up, call-back request, image zoom) that work with screen readers: focus moves into them and stays there, Esc closes them, and focus returns to where it was
Form success and error messages that screen readers announce
Text colour contrast of at least 4.5:1, in both the light and dark themes
A dark theme, switched on and off with the button in the top menu
The moving customer-logo strip on the home page stops while the mouse is over it or it has keyboard focus
Respect for the operating system's "reduced motion" (prefers-reduced-motion) preference: animations are turned off and the logo strip stays still
Text that can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content or functionality
Full support for Hebrew right-to-left (RTL) and English left-to-right layouts
Responsive design adapted to every screen size and to mobile devices

Parts that are not fully accessible

Despite the Company's efforts, some parts of the site may not be fully accessible. These are the parts known to the Company:

The interactive process diagram on the home page (from purchase request to payment) is an embedded illustration, and screen readers may not read all of it. The information in the diagram also appears as text in the "Workflow" section of the same page.
Wiki and blog articles are published on an ongoing basis. Some older articles may lack a full text description for images and screenshots. The Company is filling these in gradually, and will send the content of any article in an accessible format on request.
This statement covers the Procee information website at procee.com and he.procee.com. The Procee application (app.procee.com), including the invoice-OCR tool embedded on the home page, is a separate system. Accessibility requests about it are also handled by the accessibility coordinator.
